Improve your knife & cooking skills in this simple mini class of basic cookery, be shown a range of easy basic techniques from a qualified chef of 25 years in the hospitality industry to boost your culinary crafts at home!

Classes are held every first Saturday and the third Saturday of the month. Classes are 2.5 hours, and eating the feast at the end. Allow for 3 hours of time, usually everyone is relaxed, eating and chatting at the end.
