Ready2Rock love their customers and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not totally in love with your purchase for any reason R2R will happily accept the return of any un-embroidered, unused and non-altered item within 28 days of the date you received the item. We also have our Rock Shop Guarantee for any faulty good’s that last up to 6 months on purchased chef wear and knives. We do pay the return postage on shoes if you have an incorrect size for one time only. The returns policy is to the exception for chef shoes, we will reimburse you for the shoes to be sent back and resend the next size needed.

If you purchase an incorrect size or you just don’t like the uniform you purchased online contact us via email or come to our shopfront as soon as possible to start the returns process. After you contact us and the item is returned we will refund, credit you or send for free a replacement of your purchase, but it is the returnee’s responsibility to pay for the shipment of the returning item to us first within 28 days from receiving the item.

When sending back a garment make sure to use a shipping service that provides a tracking number such as AU Post, Sendle or Interparcel. Please keep a record of the number for tracking purposes. Shipping charges and or lost parcels are the sole responsibility of the returnee. Please include your original invoice with the returning items. All Returns must include the original packaging and tagging (bags and labels, etc.) in RESALEABLE condition. R2R will not accept the return of any item which shows signs of use of wear or damage including but not limited to:

  • Alterations
  • Laundering
  • Odours, including smoke
  • Pet hair
  • Stains or other markings

If your return items show signs of use or wear, you will be notified, and no refund will be issued. 28 days free returns* means that R2R will bear the cost of the return postage to the customer once an exchange has been made. Ready2Rock reserve’s all rights in regards to all matters contained herein and will have the final say if a dispute arises regarding any of our products or services.

How to make an exchange or apply for a credit or refund.

Contact us by email and explain what has happened or why you need a refund.

We will respond as fast as possible with the best resolution to your individual case and give any further instructions and the address to send the returns to. If your purchase is a sale item we will give you R2R credit if what you purchased is the last stock available and a size exchange is not possible.



We swear by our uniforms and we are the only Australian chef uniform supplier who offers any type of rock shop guarantee on their products! No other chef wear shop actually covers faulty goods as we do. Trust us when purchasing your next chef uniform, feel confident in your purchase knowing you are making the right choice. If you purchase any of our R.S.G covered items and within 6 months of the purchase date you encounter any problems with the quality we will fix or replace it.


That was easy, we probably won’t need to replace anything at all as we make every item to high-quality standards! But, no other chef uniform company can say what we just did and promise you a replacement uniform if it’s our fault that it breaks. As chef’s here are a few of the things you will no longer need to worry about anymore:

        • The meat & two veg disaster: Our pants are tripple stitched in the crotch. No accidental air-con around the crouch in our chef pants. But if so, there’s a new pair coming to you.
        • The strap popper: Our aprons have double-stitched reinforced straps & pockets.  You won’t need to cut slits into the fabric and tie the strap back on. But hey, if the strap does comes off we’ll replace the apron.
        • The seam splitter: Our mesh is double stitched to our fabric. But sometimes these things can happen, and if it does we have you covered!
        • The sole defier: Let’s say your chef shoe outer sole ruptures off you’re Suecos or Mozo’s within the 6 months. Let us know so we can swap them for you & send you a replacement.
        • The blade runner: Anvil & Hammer have a year-long guarantee also, We can organise a replacement blade for you if the knives we sell have any issues in the next 12 months.

    To receive your replacement item, contact us and let us know what’s happened with your receipt/proof of purchase, then once we receive the item, we will organise the replacement as soon as we can. We know all our uniforms are made to the highest quality so we can stand and deliver this promise to all the customers we love to serve. * The return postage is to be covered by the customer, read our returns and exchange policy, but we will post the replacement to you for free.
