Our Ascot Vale Hospitality Store has a professional knife sharpening service. Have your knives back to brand new within an hour or overnight! Proud to be trained by Justin Nemeth of Hone Sharpening who has over 100 – 5 star reviews and is a veteran of the trade, we are well equipped to look after your precious knives.
