THE ROCK SHOP

On the 29th Feb 2024 we opened our ROCK SHOP HOSPITALITY STORE at 124 UNION ROAD ASCOT VALE. Finally a place to try on our famous uniforms and Mozo shoes but we have a lot more than just uniforms now. The Rock Shop has a full range of chef knives including Victorinox – Wusthof – F.Dick – Kasumi – Shun and direct imports from Japan. We hava range of sharpening equipment, steels, stones, handmade chopping boards, plus for the Mini chefs kid-safe, Kidicutter knives & aprons.

We have basic hospitality nick-knacks such as melon ballers, tweezers,  hand made leather knife cases, timers, thermometers, pastry brushes, peelers, etc. On top of the essentials we also have tortilla presses, and a range of fantastic foodie gifts, such as fun locally-made chef earrings! *Gifts that you then claim on your tax for yourself or others 😉 *

Our knife-sharpening service starts from just $10 a knife. you can choose our optional 1 hour Express service + $15 Fee! Full price list & information here

There’s 2-hour parking on Union rd, plus more around the corner on Bloomfield rd.

Tram 57 Stop 35 is right out the front or it’s a 7-minute walk from Ascot Vale Tain Station.

Are you a restaurant, cafe, or hotel looking to get all your staff uniforms organised? We can come to you! Our mobile showroom The Rockmobile is a 74′ classic VW van fitted to display all our chef uniforms, restaurant aprons, Mozo Shoes, Maka leather knife cases and Chef knives.
