What a fantastic way to spend a couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon. Fun, relaxed and practical. Bec is a great teacher and loads of fun. I’m a keen home cook with no training and had always wanted to learn to dice evenly. Now I can. And I thought deboning a chicken would be waaay beyond me, but Bec proved me wrong. I can’t wait to do the advanced class! Highly recommend!!
