Had a fantastic time learning foundational knife skills that will save me time and money and make my meals look way more professional. Bec was delightful and not only shared her chef secrets, she also fed us with the dishes we prepared and a few extras yummy nibbles. Plus a high quality knife and tea towel were included in the fee. It’s a really great way to spend an afternoon and incredible value for money. It’s two days later and I’ve already made two of the dishes and my confidence in the kitchen has increased dramatically. I’m also way more willing to try recipes far outside my comfort zone. I’ll definitely go to future classes on other topics. You won’t regret giving it a go.
