    What a great afternoon. Learned to chop like a masterchef. And got to eat some great food that we made. Had a great time. Bec is fun, down to earth and gives easy to follow instructions. She’s patient and encouraging. We loved it and can’t wait to do another class.

    Fun, tasty and practical! So worth it!
    Had a fantastic time learning foundational knife skills that will save me time and money and make my meals look way more professional. Bec was delightful and not only shared her chef secrets, she also fed us with the dishes we prepared and a few extras yummy nibbles. Plus a high quality knife and tea towel were included in the fee. It’s a really great way to spend an afternoon and incredible value for money. It’s two days later and I’ve already made two of the dishes and my confidence in the kitchen has increased dramatically. I’m also way more willing to try recipes far outside my comfort zone. I’ll definitely go to future classes on other topics. You won’t regret giving it a go.

    Fun, educational and delicious
    It was a really fun class and we learned a lot! Came as a group activity (great idea for a gift), and Bec had a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with us. From knife sharpening and knife skills right down to deboning a chicken, Bec was an engaging teacher, she had many tips and tricks up her sleeve and answered questions we didn't even know we had. We walked away with some life skills to put to practice. Thanks Bec!

    Knife and life skills

    What a fantastic way to spend a couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon. Fun, relaxed and practical. Bec is a great teacher and loads of fun. I’m a keen home cook with no training and had always wanted to learn to dice evenly. Now I can. And I thought deboning a chicken would be waaay beyond me, but Bec proved me wrong. I can’t wait to do the advanced class! Highly recommend!!

    New cooking skills and a ton of fun

    I recently attended the Knife Skills and All the Basics cooking class in Melbourne and loved it! The class was well-structured, fun, and incredibly informative. The instructor was knowledgeable and patient, making even tricky techniques feel manageable. I walked away feeling more confident in the kitchen, especially with my knife skills. Highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to boost their cooking confidence or start with solid culinary foundations!
