Improve your home cooking with our knife skills cooking class! Learn all the basics from slicing n dicing to de-boning a whole chicken! Be shown a range of easy basic techniques from a qualified chef of 25 years in the hospitality industry to boost ALL your culinary crafts at home!

Classes are held on the first Saturday of the month. Classes are 2.5 hours, and there is a feast at the end. Allow for 3 hours of time, usually everyone is relaxed, eating and chatting at the end.
