Improve your knife & cooking skills in this simple mini class of basic cookery, be shown a range of easy basic techniques from a qualified chef of 25 years in the hospitality industry to boost your culinary crafts at home!

Classes are 2.5 hours, plus eating a feast at the end. Allow for 3 hours of time, usually everyone is relaxed, eating and chatting at the end.
